Should we look to Facebook?

It's all about social network these days, and Facebook, one of the most popular social networking website has been used for many promotional and advertising purposes, and lately there are talks of Facebook being beneficial for recruitment.

I actually use FB when looking for new staff at the cinemas. I just post something in my "status" and I do get applications from it.

Even hired someone who applied via FB
