It's all about social network these days, and Facebook, one of the most popular social networking website has been used for many promotional and advertising purposes, and lately there are talks of Facebook being beneficial for recruitment.

This article talks about Can Facebook improve your job search and can give you an insight to what and what not to expect.

Just be careful. These social networking sites are great most of the time, but use wrongly can get you into a lot of trouble!

I actually use FB when looking for new staff at the cinemas. I just post something in my "status" and I do get applications from it.

Even hired someone who applied via FB
